Despite six days of accumulated fatigue, Real Madrid always has time for the youngest of fans; those who dream about one day becoming the next Cristiano Ronaldo, Raul or Benzema. After their workout on Sunday, the entire Madridista squad spent time with about thirty children to teach them the basics of football in a clinic organized in conjunction with adidas.
The players split into three groups, each of which taught drills including passing, running and dribbling technique. Football wasn’t the only sport on display, however, as several Madridistas tried their luck at the traditional Irish sport of hurling.
The clinic drew to a close with a group photo and an autograph session on behalf of the players.
The game of 'Hurling' is the oldest field sport in the world and the fastest.
